Yep...that's 4!"
Huh...I have been out of touch, didn't know about the Morrison one, Wolverine Omniboo is almost a spin-off, whats cool is that all 4 can appeal to different people, cause there all different interpretations of the team., when ya think about it, the X-Men Omniboo line is really far ahead.

I was in the camp that felt the story itself was kind of run of the mill - more a greatest hits of the X-Men with a modern twist than new direction - but that's perfectly fine. It serves as a nice sampling for the casual reader. It's the pacing, characterization, and art that really elevate this to a special place in the X-pantheon.

Ever since DC Newton's last post in this thread, and my reply, he's been PM'ing me repeatedly, insisting that his first sentence in that post is, in fact, a question after all. His most recent PM contained the gem "a statement ends in a "." or "!" and a question ends in a "?". I've gone so far as to diagram out the exchange -- explaining that his second sentence refers to his first sentence, and my reply answers the question posed in his second sentence ... but he's having none of it. I honestly don't know what to make of this. He's sent me four PMs so far. Did I break his brain? -Jeph!
