You know, I read the Avengers/Defenders War when it first came out, as a lad of six summers. Years later I recollected the comics, and re-read it again and
again. And one problem of the story that never occurred to me in all those years, suddenly burst into my awareness.
If I'm reading the story right, weren't all the individual battles between Avenger and Defender supposed to take place at about the same time, or at least within a couple of hours of each other? And yet, wherever these battles took place on the globe--Indiana, Japan, a South Sea volcanic island--it was daytime.
Weird.
