There were, yes. I drew the line at just including their first appearance. I didn't want to do several volumes with C&D's guest appearances in other books like PPTSSM, New Warriors or Marvel Knights.

As I recall, they mostly just went after Silvermane and Kingpin trying to kill those two. I wouldn't say there was any actual development, just using them as quasi-antagonists, but not revealing anything new about them, that hadn't been revealed in the first appearance.

That's how I remember it anyway. The very first appearance was about their origin, and after that, not much more was filled in until their own book.

If anybody feels like checking to make sure though, that'd be great.

Well, there's always room in the first volume to include at least some of those if any individual binder wants; maybe even all of them if the binder does not mind a thickish volume.
