Probably very similar to the $19.99 NTT trades they've been releasing, so the "why can't DC release Epic sized trades" people will still be unhappy.

No on those Detective issues. If they were to be included, they'd be in first volume.

Yay, just what we wanted - the worst crossover of all time.

No on those Detective issues. If they were to be included, they'd be in first volume.I'm inclined to assume after the Robin III mini series (6 issues) maybe it'd start the Robin ongoing series' early issues? The Detective issues aren't listed in the first Robin tome trade at all so perhaps they'll be in here then? Its the first two Robin mini series and the 3 Batman #450's issues in the first trade.

Because it's supposed to be part of Tim Drake's story? So is A Lonely Place of Dying. You know, the story that has Tim meeting Batman, Nightwing, Alfred and putting on Robin costume for the first time. And yet, I don't see anyone mentioning that. In fact, Master of Fear could also be left out, and saved for a collections of Grant's stories.
I would like to have a book with Robin I, Shadow Box, Robin II, Electric City, Cluemaster's Return and Robin III. That would be one of my favourite collections ever. That is also a pipe dream. I'll be lucky if DC puts together a book with Batman #567-569 and Detective Comics #644-653. So let's keep it on the sane side.
Robin vol. 2 should have third mini-series, and I don't know, first two Annuals? They came out before ongoing started (Annual #1 even before Robin III) and despite being parts of annual cross-overs, they should be fine on their own. Robin was also in almost every issue of Showcase '93, sometimes as main character, sometimes guest-starring in other character's stories. Some of it could be included in this or next volume.
Then vol. 3 would have to be centered around Robin #1-6 and Showcase '94 #5-6. To fill it out maybe some of those aforementioned Showcase '93 stories and third annual. Maybe even #7. Or pages from that Detective issue that is continued in #1.
Then Robin is tied with Knightsend, Zero Hour, Prodigal and Troika, and most of it, if not all, doesn't stand on its own (poorly thought out Knighttrades come back to bite in the rear again). Vol. 4 would probably have to start from #15.
