It doesn't use any of the Marvel supporting cast and the characterization of the Fly isn't the same (he kills people for instance). True, the Marvel series wasn't a classic but it was fun and it'd be nice to see it collected in a tpb. Not gonna happen though...

Well, two volumes covered most of the Champions essential stories. It would have been nice to see the Iron Man Annual in which they appeared and I never read. Wonder if it's any good

If you want to do 2 Black Goliath/Giant-Man Classics ala Nova Classics, maybe you could then follow up with MTIO#53-58 ( Project Pegasus) and MTIO #82-85 ("The Final Fate of Giant-Man").

Skull ran 8 issues (Aug 1975 thru Nov 1976), so that run plus the two MTIO issues would make a normal size trade. For Black Goliath, you could also throw in Power Man 24-25 for his origin. Boy, who knew you could make a two volume Black Goliath set!

Thinking about Logan's Run made me remember this inventory prequel story by Archie Goodwin and Michael Golden: http://diversionsofthegroovykind.blogspot.com.au/2012/04/black-and-white-wednesday-huntsman-by.html
This, plus the one or two other unreleased issues that were already completed would bring the total up to nine or ten issues worth of material, but it probably has less chance of being reprinted than Master of Kung Fu, Rom or the Micronauts.

At this point I would consider all copyrighted material off limit, if we can't get Machine man done, nothing else will.
It's also nice to see so much love for the Man-Wolf stories from (again) Creatures on the Loose and Marvel Premiere. I'm still puzzled as to why this hasn't been done yet. In fact, I'm surprised Marvel didn't collect those stories in one of those Special Edition reprint series in the early '80s - especially since Perez was a superstar artist at that point. That would have been like printing money (which is, as I understand it, was the whole reason for all of those Special Editions in the first place).
Ditto, Man-Wolf is also a tie in character to Spider-man, hopefully it is only a matter of time.
Black Goliath/Bill Foster book (that would collect all appearances except for Project Pegasus, since I already have that tpb), and a Cat/Tigra book that would collect everything (including b&w magazine stories) before she joined the Avengers. I'm also intrigued by the Skull the Slayer suggestions; I've seen quite a bit of diametrically opposed assessments of that series - some fans gush about it, while others say it's mediocre at best.
To be honest all of the above are mediocre, LOL, the best of it all is the Cat series already reprinted, Tigra from creature on the loose and Black goliath are pretty much on the same level as Skull.
