I would bet my bottom dollar there's been no more work on this for the same reasons as the Torch volume.

We are well into the period where the HC were doing 2 per month once a quarter (a quarterly Golden Age volume coinciding with the monthly Marvel Age one). And still the SCs only come monthly (and I'm fine with that).
