Here's what I've got: the three JONAH HEX mins for Vertigo (13 issues total); the LONE RANGER mini from Topps (4 issues); CONAN AND THE SONGS OF THE DEAD from Dark Horse (5); and ON THE FAR SIDE WITH DEAD FOLKS (3). I can't find any indication on comics.org or comicbookdb.com that the two of them have done anything else together, but before I actually pull the trigger I thought I'd check with the knowledge-laden folks here. Anything I'm missing? Now available at Amazon for the Kindle: my crime novel FIVE MILLION DOLLARS AND THE GREEN-EYED GIRL. Enjoy, won't you?

I actually knew about the "Dead in the West" covers but clean forgot about them (gotta start writing this stuff down!). For those I think I'll just toss a scanned page in the back and save the actual issues for another Lansdale bind. The "Flinch" story is trickier. I have about half the issues of that title (not #13, of course) and I've been planning to finish the set and bind it...someday. So now do I get that one issue to include the story in this bind, or just leave it be to be bound eventually with Flinch? Get two copies and do both? Decisions, decisions.... Since it shouldn't be too hard to get, I would just get another copy. Or if you don't mind scans, you could buy a copy for your Flinch bind and scan the story for this book. Otherwise, the thought that your Lansdale/Truman bind is incomplete will just bug you. I've bought duplicates for separate binds.
