Apart from being an interesting strip, there is a lot of really interesting, experimental work, such as:

I'll have to agree with the poster who mentioned Connie. It's a beautifully drawn strip by Godwin, I have two collections from his first years on the strip, but the (very few) examples I've seen from the sci-fi era have haunted me. He really brought his A game art wise on those strips.
Another sci fi strip I'd like to see in HC and color is the beautifully drawn BEYOND MARS by Lee Elias. I have the two Blackthorn paperbacks that were issued in the 80's. They are beautiful and reprinted from syndicate proofs, but I'd like a nice complete hardcover in color. It can be done in one as it didn't run very long.

I took a bad snapshot of that Flash Gordon page at the end, but I'm not sure how to embed the image. The cover to the first volume is floating around, but this page shows the other three volumes, too, and it looks like they'll make a nice set. Dale, Ming and Zarkov on the other volumes with a different rocket ship blasting off on each. (Actually, I did stick the image in as my profile photo by mistake, so there it is to the left.)

It would only take 2 volumes. Would also love to see an Artist's Edition of Toth's Bravo for Adventure, although I realize those aren't LOAC titles.
