Modern Age
The computer coloring on the Chronicles TPBs didn't bother me. I saw them as an "upgrade" to modern techniques. However, the first few volumes were rife with dialogue/lettering errors. I'm given to understand these had to do with translation problems. (They did not appear in the original English versions.) Even a novice editor would have caught the majority of these. As long as Dark Horse makes those corrections I'll be pleased. Indeed, I'm actually selling my floppies on eBay this week in order to buy the HC editions.

My understanding from reading the Dark Horse boards is these are effectively the TPB repackaged into HCs. From what I read, Dark Horse did not have the budget to re-do the books in any fashion. I could be wrong, but I know they are not recoloring volume 2, so I doubt they're fixing the translation problems either.

Despite the absense of boobies (a big issue I hasten to add)...
