The Chronology Project is not quite clear on this, but where did Moon Boy and Devil Dinosaur appear after Devil Dinosaur #9..?

Directly after it? Or any appearances ever after it?
They were a notable part of the Fallen Angels LS. --

Specifically directly after it, Samy. I'm planning a Devil Dinosaur collection, but would like something to pad out the 9 issues.

Do Fallen Angels! Do Fallen Angels!
Can't help you with anything more than that though. That series is my only exposure to those two. --

According to the Chronology Report, there's supposed to be a Devil Dinosaur vol.2 #1 - #3, but I can't find nothing related on the GCD. At the moment I'm thinking of adding the one shot 48 page Spring Fling issue.

If I was you I would just stick with Jack.

Well that was the plan, but 9 issues seem a little on the thin side. I'm also planning a 2 volume Machine Man with the first volume all Kirby. Having Devil Dinosaur beside Machine Man vol.1 may look slim.

It might be thin, but it will be pure.

It will definitely consist of only one artist's vision -- whether that's good or bad is up to you.

I have an idea what to include with Devil Dinosaur #1 - #9... I might include the Marvel Spotlight Stan Lee / Jack Kirby Special.

Upon checking the MCP, I would personally go with just collecting "The Complete Devil Dinosaur", with all his catalogued appearances that you have from the MCP. That'd make for a nice 20-or-so issue book.
I notice it doesn't include Marvel Monsters: Devil Dinosaur though, so make sure not to forget that one. That and DD Spring Fling are definite includes if you want to pad the volume, being that they're the only two books where DD is displayed in the title. But start off with Spring Fling and Marvel Monsters, then grab those occasional issues where he appears (Mile High should have most of those for a pittance), read them through and decide if you want to include them. --

I'm going to include Devil Dinosaur as part of my Masterworks series, so I need to keep it to 10 - 12 issues per volume to match the size of the original Masterworks.
Blissett Bookbinders made a 'Secret Wars Masterworks' for Eternal Ikaris which I liked, so I've decided to produce my own series of Masterworks. With the Bindery right now is Omega the Unknown as my first 'trial' Masterworks.. |

Then it's Spring Fling and/or Marvel Monsters and you're there.
