My quick rundown:

Ploog? - nope. Eisner is the influence here
Jamie Hernandez? - I know those guys loved Kirby but I don't Harry Lucey, not Kirby
Dave Sim? - aside from his early BWS inspired work (and even then) I don't see any Kirby. He's like classic newspaper/advertising guys with Eisner experimentation in story telling
P Craig Russel? - err not at all. Maybe in some early Marvel work when he was trying to do the house style.
Risso? -- I don't see it in the illustration or the story-telling. If anything he's more Kubert/Kannigher. I love Risso but I don't think the action scenes that Kirby (and more to the point J.Buscema) did are his strength. Risso is about seeing the world through his lens with the absolute best framed shots and crazy things happening in the background.
David Gibbons? - Gibbons is fun because, especially on Watchmen, he's the anti-Marvel. Basically everything he does sucks the "super" out of the image. He's the opposite of the "How to Draw for Marvel" style and while he's the most "traditional" of this lot he seems to completely rebel against Kirby.
David Lloyd? - Lloyd reminds me of a newspaper illustrator.
