My impression has always been that there is a good amount more Pussycat than what was reprinted in the magazine. Whether or not those stories appeared before or after that magazine I haven't heard. By any chance, Mr. McCallum, do you have a complete listing of Pussycat appearances? If so, please share...Smile

My knowledge of Pussycat is about 15 minutes of research, so I will gladly share my Petri dish depth of knowledge (such as it is).

There's a listing of stories available on the Wikipedia page, but that page says it's an incomplete list. The 1968 magazine is about 50 pages long, and based on what's on the Wiki page it reprinted more or less all the pre-1968 stories plus one new story. The uncollected stories are from 1968 on into the 1970s, and there looks to be enough material for another one-to-two magazines of similar length.

Strangely, Comics.org says there were TWO magazines of Pussycat published, but they only list the one. No idea at this point if that's a typo or if there's a rare artifact out there.

Given the top-notch job Mr. Bell and Dr. V did on the Marvel artists and the Goodman pulps, this might be a good follow-up project for them.
