I must admit the most recent Marvel floppie I've read is probably Elektra Assassin!  And maybe I'm not the average comics reader.  Once I'm into something I like to see its roots, the source.  So I see your point-- Maybe there's a difference between which titles would be best suited to a newer reader and the classic Silver Age stories.  I just mean that those Silver Age comics are truly important slices of 20th Century American history, and for that reason they should remain accessible to interested readers (I mean in the physical sense -- ie in print, not in the sense of "relatable").  They're the bedrock of everything that came later.
