And don't forget, again....just because his name isn't on the book proper doesn't mean that as a bookseller one can't put a 'shelf-talker' sign in it's vicinity with the big words ALAN MOORE WROTE THIS with an arrow, circle, asterix, etc. pointing right at it, and since the potential buyer is in a bookstore, one can make a fairly safe assumption that he/she can read and voila...not so bad as one might think...it's silly, but it's only on the book that the words Alan Moore can't be spoken.....or as a bookseller you could act like you're making the buyer part of a secret society by granting him/her the esoteric knowledge that they are partaking in forbidden fruit, so to speak....I think the book presents all kinds of opportunities for good bookstore drama and derring do.....
