I'm not outright condemning the Atlas books. I think they all deserve to be Masterworked; there's a big curiosity factor among the fans and most people haven't read them. I just think they're stupid, that's all. They're not
about
anything, as I said in my previous post. They were just a feeble attempt by Stan to revive the line; an attempt that was about five years premature. They failed to make any kind of connection with the audience; very unlike the Silver Age comics that came along soon enough. As I said before, if you're going to revive something, make sure people miss it first.
