The science feature was squeezed out of issue #3, which just left room for the letter column. There were some pretty wild suggestions this time around, including sending the group to Mars, and having them compete against the Liquid League! As it turns out, Kanigher would eventually turn out stories with variations on both of these themes:

The LC in that issue showed the groups support broadening, with a number of adult correspondents, both male and female. Paul Seydor, a fixture in Julie Schwartzs columns in the early 60s (we saw some of his letters in the Flash-Gram thread a couple of months ago), also appeared here, indicating that Kanigher had tapped in to Julies science fiction audience as well:
