54) Avengers #41-50, Annual #1
I've read all of these stories a couple times, but it's not like I
dislike
the Buscema Avengers. Not a top priority, but I'll be glad to own it.
55) All-Winners Comics #1-4
I have volume 3 in hardcover and don't remember much about it except that Namor has a weird-triangle head. Still with Kirby Captain America AND Everett Sub-Mariner stories this should be several steps up. Plus the Roy Thomas fan in me AND the stupid humor fan in me always enjoy seeing the Whizzer run around in his yellow suit.
56) Hulk from TtA #80-101, Incredible Hulk #102
I've never read any of these, and I've never read anything written about these. I have trepidation, although I did like Hulk vol. 2 an awful lot.
57) Tales to Astonish #1-10
I own the first volume of Tales of Suspense and it's one of my favorite volumes - You can see the slow transition from the glory days of Atlas with a plethora of artists to a skeleton crew of just Lee, Kirby, Ditko, Heck, Reinman and the janitor. Hopefully there'll be some awesome pre-crash tidbits like the Al Williamson story in
Suspense
-
but it's not like you can go wrong with Kirbymonsters.
58) Sgt. Fury #1-13
Yes! Yes! Yes! Yes! Yes! FINALLY YES! I was thiiiiissss close to shelling out the GodAwful outrageous prices for the hardback, but I remained strong and this is my reward! (Now let's see Volume 5 in hardback! If you think I'm excited NOW, wait'll you see me reactin' to the Severin stuff!)
59) Ant-Man from TTA #27, 35-52
Never read, heard bad things - But, goshdarnit, I really like superhero/romance hybrids. I can't imagine not enjoying the hell out of this.
