Sorry, Bomaya. Did you really say you gave up on the Masterworks because of the spine design changes?

Now, if the spine issue was simply another complaint upon perhaps the pricing, apparent lack of Golden and Atlas Era solicitations and/or the fact you basically thought the range covered all the Silver Age titles/issues you were interested in, I could understand. Perhaps the spine design in such circumstances could be the tipping point.

But to drop the line simply because of the spines? At the end of the day, surely the content is more important? Despite my concerns about pricing, the books have (as far as I'm concerned) always delivered content wise. You couldn't really ask for more.

I bought Atlas Jungle Adventures #2 from an Amazon Marketplace seller recently, and was sent a Limited Edition cover, despite all my other Masterworks being Regular covers. While I admit I was disappointed (well, more than disappointed) at first, I soon overcame the feeling and now it really doesn't bother me. I'm just happy I managed to get a copy for a reasonable price (it's so much harder to get OOP Marvel books in the UK).
