With two jungle titles to start off the year, I didn't expect Masterworks 2013 to bolt out of the gate like Secretariat, but still... Well, here's the February 2013 pre-orders / shipments compared to January and last year's average:
2012 Increase / Decrease from 2011   -7%
MA Ka-Zar Volume 1  1040 Jan-13 1040 1040 -17%
AE Jungle Adventures Volume 3 830 Feb-13 1870 935 -26%

I don't think any commentary is necessary. I haven't run through the list to see if Ka-Zar got a second month boost, so there's a thin hope the numbers could look a little bit better after more investigation.

Ranking the 2013 releases by Diamond pre-order / shipping chart totals:
MA Ka-Zar Volume 1  1040 Jan-13
AE Jungle Adventures Volume 3 830 Feb-13

In an effort to remain relentlessly positive -- and split an infinitive -- I can report that Jungle Adventures Volume 3 will remain the top Atlas Era volume through September, and perhaps even beyond. Last month I suggested Jann would top the leaderboard by a nose. It appears that nose got cut off to spite my prognostication.

Nevertheless, things should be much better in the Masterworks world when the March figures roll around and we can report how well Amazing Spider-Man Volume 15 shipped.
