The Titan question keeps showing up every few months and the answer remains the same.

What makes co-branded editions practical for a publisher is that they're usually all printed as part of the same press run (with a plate change, or a seperate signature to cover stuff like the indicia), and very probably all bound at the same time, as well. That allows you to take advantage of the economies of scale -- you print more books, you get a better cost-per-unit.

Most of the co-branded DC/Titan books are identical except for obviuous stuff like trade dress, indicia, and so on.
