There are certain titles I will follow based on the writers involved: Morrison (ACTION COMICS, BATMAN INC.), Snyder (BATMAN, SWAMP THING), Lemire (ANIMAL MAN, JL DARK), Johns (JLA, GREEN LANTERN, AQUAMAN) -- all of their titles are pretty good to excellent.
Of the other titles, these are the ones that I find consistently excellent:
WONDER WOMAN
FLASH
These are the ones I find consistently very good:
BATMAN AND ROBIN
BATWOMAN
ALL STAR WESTERN
EARTH 2
I, VAMPIRE
LEGION OF SUPERHEROES
STORMWATCH
Others of note are SUPERGIRL, BIRDS OF PREY, GREEN LANTERN CORPS, DC UNIVERSE PRESENTS and NATIONAL COMICS. I haven't tried the Third Wave titles and the revamped SUPERMAN yet, although I have them and will soon....
