A few days ago, I remembered about the book and checked Amazon, TOW, and a few other places, only to find that book OOP and very expensive on the back market. Got an email from Borders yesterday with a 30% off coupon inside, and decided to take the chance and see if it was still there. Well, luckily it was, and I even got an extra 10% off because I complained about the rip in the DJ.
You had better lick than me at Borders.

Several years ago, one of our local Borders had an OOP paperback book which I couldn't find elsewhere. Unfortunately, it was a very beat-up copy, which I mentioned to them, hoping to get a further discount because of the damage. They wouldn't give me an additional discount, though, because they said I was using a discount coupon anyway. I didn't think that was the point, though, and still don't.
