And, I think that it's very wise to quickly cancel moribund titles and replace them with fresh blood.
The sales numbers from May support that, as DC got a big uptick in overall sales and the 2nd wave titles all sold pretty well.


Aside from OMAC I don't think the books they cancelled were that good to start with.  Static, Men of War, Hawk & Dove, Voodoo off the top of my head were all confused and directionless.  The properties themselves could have been good but these versions didn't gel.  It happens.  It's a shame OMAC didn't catch on with readers because that was a quality book and had a clear vision.  I'm glad they tried.  It'd probably be easier to just publish 30 Batman books.
