Blue Ribbon Comics 4 from the 1980s is an all-Fly issue and has been posted in the archive. Fly not being in the title may make a difference.

Right. It may be similar to Captain Marvel, which DC could use the character, but not a comic by that title.

Hepcat,
You should write to Archie Comics and/or post on their Red Circle message board about collections. Their editor Paul Kaminski posts often (as does the New Crusaders writer Ian Flynn). DC just isn't a part of the equation any longer. Although, considering that the Shield, Fly and Mighty Crusaders trades they did release are now in Archie's Clearance Section for only $5 each, there may not be enough demand.

I've been happy to read their older issues as part of the $1 subscription.
