I agree with ^, but honestly, it's his daughter, and there's nothing wrong with sheltering an eleven year old kid.
My brother was playing GTA at the age I was waking up early to watch Pokemon cartoons, and god knows it had some effect on him.

That said, I don't think Wonder Woman is great for an 11 year old, if only because most of the mythological allusions would go over their head.
Though in two years time they'll be watching their equivalent of the Jersey Shore, and I know which exposure I'd prefer a kid to have. But this isn't a parenting thread!

As to if New 52 is a failure, eh. I've seen more new fans this year than in the past few, who aren't afraid to jump into series for the first time, versus all the events which were just daunting. I see "casual" fans looking forward to books as much as any hardcore Morrison fan obsessed over where he was taking Batman two years ago. I also see a lot of meh stories, but honestly, it's probably the same ratio of meh as before the reboot.
