I think that would be a better way to package this stuff. However I'm not convinced that Gene Colan is a big enough. I have good memories of the pencil-only second Dusk series however I haven't read it since its initial release.

Yeah I tend to think right now isn't the best time for some reprints. I am grateful that we got what we did Kirby and Ditko wise. If the economy improves we could get a second wind, but I am not really counting on it. I think maybe 5 years ago a Gene Colan omni could have worked, but who knows. "We live in hope"
Yes, you may be right.  I'm a huge fan of GC's '80's-era DC work, but undertand that not everyone necessarily shares my enthusiasm for these obscure comics.  I guess I should be glad we got the collection of GC's Batman issues last summer.

This reminds me of a conversation I had with my LCS owner several years back - I was expressing puzzlement as to why some series haven't been reprinted (in color and/or at all) yet, including Classic Moon Knight (by Moench/Sienciewicz), Arak Son of Thunder, Jemm Son of Saturan, etc.  The owner matter-of-factly replied by saying something like (I'm paraphrasing),  "Well, those are all great series, but these days many people probably don't even remember them" Ohwell  I'm assuming the "many people" probably referred to younger collectors/fans....
