The story moves ahead at rapid pace, and -- unfortunately -- many potentially interesting plot elements (the subterranean war, vanity and madness of Tyrannus etc.) have to be tossed aside. Still, since this is Marvel Universe (or should we say "616"?), it is also sure that at some point someone will pick up these aspects as well and do something with them. This is (or was) the beauty of the interlocking Marvel continuity. I guess this is also due to Jack Kirby's habit of speeding through stories like a runaway freight train. (I am assuming he mostly plotted this.)

I did like the way the Secret Empire is suddenly involved, and the interaction between Rick, Betty and Talbot is written well.

I feel bad for the minions of Tyrannus! They really love their leader...

Everett is really in fine form. All the characters are depicted with great care. This panel, for example, shows emotions of all three persons very nicely.

Or look at this panel of Bruce Banner. You can see that he is really giving the matter at hand a lot of thought! Plus the realistic touch of adding some five o'clock shadow works!

I have to wonder who designed the Boomerang's costume? It is... not very good. In fact, it looks clumsy and very, very ugly. Still, the Boomerang, ex-baseball player turned mercenary, is an interesting character. He comes across a bit like Bullseye without the psycho parts.
