I consider myself something of a Claremont purist when it comes to this period, and the various books really start coming off the rails right around this time in my opinion. Here's my take:

Uncanny X-Men
Continue with this until Claremont leaves the book.

The New Mutants and X-Factor
Both of these are past their prime by this stage, but since you're close you might as well continue with both until Inferno. After that point, nothing of interest happens in either book, unless you're interested in the '90s transition and the arrival of Cable (in which case you might as well suffer through the rest of The New Mutants).

Excalibur
Enjoyable but not essential. The original Alan Davis run is good, but he leaves before Claremont does and the book doesn't quite work without him. There isn't really anything in here you'll need.

Wolverine
In my opinion this book tanks after Claremont leaves in issue 10, although the Madripoor vibe sticks around for another year or so. Those are vaguely interesting, but once Logan puts the costume on every issue, it's time to check out.
