I'm not a big fan of Rye-PAs ... most that I've had, the rye is overpowering.

Back in my drinkin' days, and I had some LOOOOOONG drinkin' days. I never could find a Rye-PA I liked. I thought they were just nasty tasting. Have a buddy who likes 'em tho.

I was always a red/coppper/brown ale man myself.
