Finally ordered the book, book arrived, and I could not put it down (could not wait to see what the next page held in store). What a lot of fun. This one stays in my library. The author has a blog, and he covers the items that did not make the book:

What's even cooler, if you read through the posting, he provides a link to where most of the stuff can still be purchased (& not at eBay higher prices).
