I paid a visit to the Dogfish Head brewery in Delaware in early '09, along with their brewpub in Rehobooth (sp?). I love their brews, too. Alas, it seems like they've by-and-large dropped Texas from their distribution channels ... too much demand and not enough product to spread around! I still see some of their main products around here (Brown Ale, 60 Minute IPA), but it's very hard to find their seasonal or specialty brews.

Back to reviews ... I also had a bottle of Avery's The Czar Imperial Stout. A much better brew that the two Yetis, IMHO. Even at 10.5% ABV, there was not a hint of that alcohol taste like in the Yetis. Very smooth ...

Two more stouts on tap for tonight. Next weekend, I'm going back to IPAs!

My first comic books: Superboy and the Legion of Super Heroes #202 and Kamandi, the Last Boy on Earth #23.  What a great way to start!
