To make it easier, Infinite Vacation only has a couple more issues to go.  Releases have been so infrequent that it shouldn't be a big strain on your wallet.  Same goes for Nonplayer.  Nate Simpson injured his hand and is still recuperating before working on #2.  Even before the accident, he was a slow artist given his style and the fact that he was doing all the work.

For other titles, you might just consider trade-waiting since you've already professed an interest in saving $ for collections.  Many series like Elephantmen and Chew have achieved stability that you could reasonably wait for the trades, which are often deluxe OHCs that are probably cheaper than buying the singles themselves.  Most of the DC and Marvel will probably get traded (although in this climate of cancellations, who knows?). 

I would save your floppy $ for books that are the first off your read pile every week.  With the others, you could trade-wait or just cut altogether.
