The only sub-plots that I can think of that are still hanging out there is Mysa/Mordru, the return of Karate Kid, and Brainy's obsession with cockroaches.

A few more with the mystery/background of Professor Li and the introduction and build up of Glorith in the Academy and now Legion proper.
My main criticism of the series, as been the lack of subplots, romantic entanglements, close friendships, and other little tidbits, that made Levitz previous run of Legion so memorable, has been only mediocre in the current run.
Good point.  I agree that the relative lack of the soap opera elements in this current Levitz run has been it's biggest downfall - other than the unsatisfying resolution to the year plus build up of the LSV/Blue Entity arc.  I do think he tried to layer the sub plots and soap opera early on, but then it seemed like it became mostly a series of fight scenes the last 6 months or so.

I guess I considered the Harmonia Li thing resolved when we found out that she's one of the immortals from Utopia, which I'm assuming means something in DC continuity since it was lumped in with the Rock of Eternity and Oa.
