It would come in at around 340 pages once you add covers and whatnot - not an outrageous size considering where the Kirby and Ditko collections have been. I think this would be a good break point as you'd have all of his GA super-hero work in the first volume.

You'd get all his GL and Streak stories, the first 8 Johnny Thunder tales, plus a smattering of Dr. Mid-Nite, Flash, and Sierra Smith to round it out.

I decided to omit the JSA chapters he worked on - it didn't make sense to me to include just part of a story, and anyway those have already been reprinted in the All-Star Archives.

BTW, there would probably be enough DC material to fit at least 5 volumes of this size!
