The first movie I remember going to see by myself without adult accompaniment was Elvis Presley's Spinout in 1966.
The first movie I saw by myself was X-Men in 2000, while my family saw The Perfect Storm. The first one I went to see entirely alone was Captain America, just a couple of weeks ago.

It's rare I go see a movie in theaters, usually just the superhero ones so I could probably list every one I've ever seen in a theater. I may go to just three or four a year at most, so it was very strange a couple of weeks ago when I saw The Help (which I can't recommend enough), Captain America, and Fright Night all in the same week.
