I'm a lil embarassed 2 say that I got a copy of Tales to Astonish #8 somewhere along the line and I hold it pretty close to my greyish heart. It's from 1980 but it reprints a story from Prince Namor, Sub-Mariner #8 which came out in '68. Twas done by Roy Thomas an John Buscema. In that one issue I don't have any prob w/ the story or dialogue. The art by Buscema is really good, I'd almost go so far as to say GrEAT. there's a well choreographd scrap between Ben Grimm an Namor. An a pretty epic tale of love i dont wanna spoil.

that bein said, my main span of Marvel collecting is more like 85-95 than 89-98. I don't consider Onslaught or anythin thereafter canon. And if i bought somethin from the 60s i would have to justify how Human Torch looks like hes 20 in 1964 an looks like hes 25 in 1993. an do u know how hard it is to justify somethin 2 someone whos obsessive compulsive??

not like theres a lack of stuff for Marvel to reprint from my time frame. Like Matt said above, Marvel was pushin out 150 titles a month, circa '93.

Anyways, Lorna doesn't interfere w/ any of my continuity issues seein as she's not directly linked to the rest of the Marvel U. An the more I think about it, a pretty girl in her skibbies adventurin out in the jungle w/ her pet monkey is the only girl i really care 2 know what she's thinkin. so i could be persuaded to give Lorna's Vol. 2 adventures a spot under my pillow...for around $20
