I read the 50 pages and it's not just the Lee testimony. Lee's testimony is corroborated by the other testimonies. The judge even cites the Kirby children's testimony because they misunderstand the law so much that their own testimony disproved their case.

And again it's not a matter of who created the characters, it's a matter of who asked for the creation, a matter of who bore the instance and expense. Those comics were done at the instance and expense of Marvel.

So read the judgment is my advice to those who feel they have a disagreement.
