Yeah, me too! BUT I've got concerns already.

1. I ordered two weekend passes one in my name and one in a friend's and only mine was delivered today. <GULP>

2. We upgraded both passes to the "Weekend Experience Package". The badge only says "Weekend Pass" and the letter included did not reference the ticket upgrade either. They charged my Visa for the difference (for both), so I know something occured at Reed. The number on my actual badge and my ticket number that I orginally printed when I first made the purchase are different, so maybe that is all that is neccessary.

3. Let's not even mention that there was supposed to be an event list that accompanied the upgrade to choose from one ticketed event per day....<gulp> <gulp>

Thoughts, strategies, suggested actions...anyone? BTW- Here would be a good place to mention that Reed Expo already considers me to be a royal pain in the ass.
