I sent Herb Trimpe a Christmas card and got this swell card in return featuring the Hulk!

Dan Brereton (NOCTURNALS) did this Polychrome from that same series:

For Dan's "NOCTURNALS volume 2" hardcover he'd allow you a special character sketch. I requested a Halloween scene:

A scene of NOCTURNALS characters Polychrome, Halloween Girl and the Gunwitch:

Here's the Gunwitch, also from Dan's NOCTURNALS series:

Dan also did this swell Creature from the Black Lagoon for me, which even made it into one of his SDCC exclusive sketchbooks:

As a benefit for Gene Colan, Dan did this Sub-Mariner for me with the money going directly to Gene:

Craig Rousseau (PERHAPANAUTS) did this piece of Mike Allred's MADMAN for me a couple years back:

Here's Mike Allred's MADMAN as done by Phil Hester. Apologies for the over-exposure.

And MADMAN by Mike Oeming:

And MADMAN by Jim Mahfood:

I got this from Mike Allred as part of a swell trade! It's a pin-up page from his ATOMICS series, showcasing Adam Balm (Metal Man):

The following three images were used by Mike Allred in the issue boxes on the tops of the ATOMICS series, as well as on promotional items and most recently as part of a collage of characters on the borders of the Madman Atomic Comics series. The Madman was used as the cover to MADMAN COMICS #12 first. On the same piece of art is Mr. Gum.

It-Girl and Lava Lass. The top left It-Girl and bottom left Lava Lass were never circulated as part of the same promo items, cover issue number boxes, etc.

Zap Man, Metal Man, the Slug and the Black Crystal

Used as the cover for the KING-SIZE ATOMICS SPECIAL #3, a 4 issue collection of issues 9-12 in a Marvel Tales-styled "annual" book.

In MADMAN ATOMIC COMICS #15 story "Madman Sane", the cover and inside credits page featured David Bowie themed images. My girlfriend, Lauren Smith, got this piece from the Allred's a couple of years back, featuring Madman's wife Joe Lombard in a decidedly Ziggy Stardust homage.

This was the cover to Image Comics MADMAN GARGANTUA hardcover, which collected all of the Madman issues from the characters start up to where MADMAN ATOMIC COMICS would begin.

Lastly, here's me as a member of the ATOMICS! It was the piece I commissioned Mike to do and he created my costume and name, while we talked out what my powers would be. He came up with Gigantus for me, where the alien spore mutated my cells so that they allow me to grow to gigantic size while also having the side-effect of releasing energy blasts (Kirby Krackles!) from my hands. This saw print in both the MADMAN ATOMIC COMICS volume 3 tpb and the recently released MADMAN ATOMICA hardcover. Swell!

Here's the printed version with colors by the best colorist in the biz, Laura Allred! Unfortunately my camera didn't do as good a job as her colors actually are on the piece:
