Just once I'd like to see reviews for a superhero film that don't include "the sequel will probably be better now that they've gotten the origin out of the way". It seems crazy to me that every comic book movie seems to come with that expectation now. Most movies are able to set up their premise within 20-30 minutes, I don't understand why so many superhero films devote 3/4 of their running time to it. I feel like these things should have the pace of a Bond film, but they rarely do.
