Joe Simon's solo work before Kirby became his junior partner can be found in a variety of the most collectible early Golden Age titles (Space Patrol in Silver Streak Comics, Fiery Mask and Phantom Bullet in Daring Mystery Comics, etc.) and he did some covers for very collectible GA series like Science, Fantastic, Wonder World, and Mystery Men. Simon started out working for Funnies, Inc., and was sufficiently well-known and successful that Kirby approached Simon about forming a partnership with a 60/40 split in Simon's favor.During the time of his partnership with Kirby you can find Simon's work in a variety of collectible publications, either with Kirby or solo in their titles, but I take it that's not what you are asking for. After his partnership with Kirby ended in 1955, Simon worked mostly in advertising, but you can find his work in Sick Magazine, The Adventures of the Fly, Prez, etc. I don't view this work as particularly collectible.
