Stephanie Buscema has known about the book since last May, when the author was finishing it. The Publisher contacted her, offered to send her copies. She gave them her address. She was surprised at the time about the book, because JB"s rep did not mention it, even though the author had spoken to him previously as well. For Stephanie to come out now, nearly a year later acting like the wounded party is puzzling to say the least. Sal certainly knew about the book, he did in fact know what the interview was for. No attempt was made to hide the existence of the book by the author or the publisher. Those are the facts.

Speaking of Ethics 101, the rush to judgment on this thread against the author without even knowing the tiniest bit about his side of the story (hell, one poster even said was n/a, for not applicable) was absolutely shameful, not to mention hypocritical.
