True, but then 99% of other reprints, do not contain all the features and articles, as well.

Might that be because the books in those other 99% of cases didn't HAVE features and articles?

I'm not being cheeky -- I honestly don't get it. Marvel pretty much never reprints letters pages, except in Omniboo.

They reprinted the "features and articles" from this magazine because those features and articles comprised a significant portion of the mag's content. (Imagine the howls if they had only collected the comic stories! "Where are my features and articles?! DAMN YOU MARVEL!") But deciding to include all the -- let's call it "non-editorial content" -- regardless of type, has nothing to do with the letters page, which is "editorial content".

It's the same thing as, say, Marvel including all the pin-ups when reprinting a regular comic. Just because they give you all the extra pin-ups doesn't mean they're expected to reprint the letters page too. So why would you expect them to do so here?

(Full disclosure: yes, my name's in the credits of these books, but I didn't make any content decisions.)
