I would be more excited about Fantastic Four if there were plans to start including the missed Doc Doom stories from Marvel Super-Heroes and Amazing Adventures in the back as extras for the next few volumes.  Or maybe a 2-volume Marvel Super Villains line that includes the Doc Doom stories, the Super Villain Team up books plus some other villainous titular characters that might be one shots here and there.
I think the ship has sailed on including the Doctor Doom stories as a back-up in the Fantastic Four Masterworks, The next volume of FF will likely push that line to October 1973, while the last solo Doctor Doom story in Astonishing Tales was October 1971.

There may still be hope for the combo title that Cory hinted at, that would (and still might) contain Doctor Doom, The Watcher and the Black Widow. But at this point my money's on those Doctor Doom stories being added to Super-Villain Team-Up Masterworks, which in all probability would quickly follow on the heels of the last Sub-Mariner Masterworks. At the current release rate, that would be some time around 2017.

I hope I'm wrong and we get Doctor Doom sooner than that!
