Speaking of GS Defenders #1, I'm curious.  Why is GS Defenders #1 (dated July '74) listed on pg. 183?  This puts it ahead of Defenders #13 (dated May '74, on pg. 220).  I was thinking that GS D #1 would be listed either before or after Defenders #14 (dated July '74, pg. 240).  What info am I missing that would explain the order of these books?  Was the placement of GSD#1 done simply to avoid breaking up the story between D #13 & #14?  Why not place GSD #1 after D #14?  Emot_help


GS DEFENDERS #1 takes place between DEFENDERS #12 and #13 (Subby still has his green trunks rather than his new costume acquired in SUB-MARINER #67), so they placed it in it's correct place based on chronology rather than on-sale date.
