Hey all, there seems to be a lot of speculation on upcoming MMW and I just wanted to chime in on this one.

Let's assume that we're looking for a "milestone" issue here. Taking a gander at the 2008 Survey Results since we have yet to see anything that has come out that is NOT on this list.

We can rule out any of the existing lines (no brainer there).

GA Masterworks:
Marvel/Timely Rarities
All-Select
Mystic  (spoiler for November/February, thanks dude! I don't know if I'll ever get over that one.)
Blonde Phantom
Kid Comics
Joker Comics
Comedy Comics
The last 3 are extreme long-shots. Both Blonde Phantom and M/T Rs received 29 first place votes. PB's a one-shot so I'd bet against it.

Atlas
Venus Marvel Tales
Amaz. Adv./Fantasy
Rawhide Kid
Spaceman
Patsy Walker
Battle
Complete Mystery
Bible Tales
Justice
The showing for the latter 4 was pretty pathetic. 4 of the remaining titles would end up being only 2 MM so I am hedging my bets for no on those as well. Considering that Dethlok was Masterworked with 15% of the vote, and a mere 12 1st place votes, I think that maybe we want to consider Patsy Walker as an option on this one (15% and 6 votes). Hey, stranger things have happened.

Marvel Age
Tomb of Dracula
Marvel Team-Up (seems to be the overwhelming choice right now)
Not Brand Echh
Doctor Doom
Iron Fist
BA Horror
Ka-Zar
Marvel TIO
Invaders
PP
Man-Thing
WW by night
Captain Savage (I heard we could look for this around Volume 372 or so, I can't find the interview though.)
Ghost Rider
Moon Knight
Luke Cage

Not Brand Echh could be treated as Inhumans were, and fast tracked, so I don't see that one. Tomb, already in an Omnibus. Doom, one issue (not following the pattern.

The only reason I would bet against the popularity of most of the BA titles for the next MM is because Marvel seems to want to keep everything following the big 3 ASM, FF, Avengers. If you look those 3 books are running issues mid to late 1973. I don't think that they want to get too far ahead of the BIG 3 in the chronology. It also may be worth mentioning that issue 50 was a Silver-Age title (Captain Marvel), 100 was a Bronze-Age (Defenders, The), so I could see them picking another Era for the 150, say Golden or Atlas.

How about we go against the tide on this and say a Pink, Patsy Walker Masterworks (maybe with Hearts in lieu of Stars ala USA)?
