The highest Millennium Editions were Detective #27 and Action #1 around 19,000. Most were 7-12,000.
Silver Age and newer normal-sized Millennium Editions were $2.50 which was in line with comics then. Golden Age were $4, but they were 64 pages and some needed reconstruction work.

60% more price, for 2-3x additional content. Still cheaper than $1.1 Million. lol
