I wonder if Stan Lee had gotten a similar deal as Jack Kirby did at Marvel at the time [and had not mad millions since] and he was now asking for some form of compensation if he would be getting a similar "screw you" attitude that some is giving Jack. After all, Stan was just an employee of Martin Goodman's [and later publishers] and never a copy right holder of any of these characters.

Or, if the Kirby estate does win something from all of this, will Stan follow suit and will he get as much crap for it?
