Well, I didn't think it was that great either but it is a sequel. 

While we're talking about artist-specific stories, there's also Wagner's Batman and the Monster Men and the follow-up Batman & the Mad Monk.  His Two-Face story from LODK, Faces, was also recently reprinted.  Plus, there are the 2 Batman/Grendel crossovers.
