Im not suite sure what youre wanting here. Restoration costs are prohibitive for large scale TPBs of GA material. The Archives, with their price point are able to absorb that, and make those reprints profitable, allowing for future printings of the stories in less expensive formats.

Still I think more best of TPBs would help, particularly of GA material, which is largely only available in expensive Archives, or older, and more expensive 80 page giants, and 100 page super spectaculars. I think a more aggressive approach to marketing could help sales.

Id really like to see an expansion/revival of X-character in the Forties, Fifties, Sixties, etc. TPBs. It wouldnt have to be limited to characters either. Genres and themes could be a part of it. Stories already Archived would have to be a part of these to keep costs down, but heres a list of GA material Id be interested in:

Action Comics (a mix of features from the start, through 1949)
Adventure Comics
All-American Comics
Blackhawk
Detective Comics
Fawcett Comics (a mix of features, mostly non-Marvel Family)
Flash
Flash Comics
Green Lantern
Justice Society of America
More Fun Comics
Plastic Man
Quality Comics (mix, mostly non-Plastic Man or Blackhawk)
Sensation Comics
Seven Soldiers of Victory
Shazam! (could also contain stories from the 50s since Fawcett folded in 53)
Shazam! Family (ditto)
Star Spangled Comics
Wonder Woman
